Minimums, fees, and travel

TeaQuet is priced based on guest count, menu selections, styling level, and travel. Below are the standards we use to protect the quality of the experience.

Local TeaQuet minimum 20+ guests. Local is defined as within a reasonable drive radius from the nearest Teafé team base.
Distant TeaQuet minimum 50+ guests. Distant events require expanded team logistics and travel planning.
Setup fee Required for tea bar build + tablescape staging + service readiness (varies by venue + styling level).
Travel allowance Mileage/time allowance applies for offsite service; distant events may include per diem planning.
Travel arrangements For distant TeaQuets: lodging and transport coordination may be required for the Teafé team.
Deposit & confirmation Dates are held with a deposit; final totals confirm after menu, guest count, and venue walkthrough details.
